North East Outreach and The Melfort Youth Evolution Program are excited to announce that we have been chosen to receive funding from Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities to deliver “Ski You at Wapiti”. This program will give 25 children and youth the opportunity to learn to ski and/or snowboard at Wapiti Valley Ski Hill! Here at NEOSS, we believe in healthy, safe communities, and treating everyone with respect and care. We are continuously striving to ensure equity, diversity and inclusion within our entire organization. By providing this program to our local children and youth, we envision enhancing the health and wellness of these participants, as well as nurturing their personal growth. Jumpstart’s commitment to ensuring kids in need have equal access to sports and physical activity; helping kids belong to their communities and feel a part of something bigger, is something that the MYE also strongly believes.
